Notes by type

Eight kinds of meeting. Eight kinds of notes.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can CoMeeting join our Zoom, Teams or Google Meet calls?

A meeting bot for Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet is in pilot. Live transcription in CoMeeting is generally available today.

Can I choose how the notes are structured?

Yes. Pick from eight meeting-summary templates: Standard, Client/Customer, Internal Project Update, Tech Transfer, Quality Review, Regulatory Strategy, Audit/Inspection Prep and Vendor/Supplier.

Can a meeting kick off other work?

Yes. “Meeting ended” and “Transcript ready” can trigger Sequences that run saved prompts or orchestrations. Anything that sends or shares waits for approval by default.

Start with one workflow.
Measure it. Then expand.

In a working session we choose a priority workflow, define your standards and review points, and agree how to measure speed, quality and capacity. Then you evaluate Sofie's work before deciding whether to expand.
