Capabilities

What CoSheet does

  1. 01

    Bring the workbook you have

Import .xlsx, .xlsm, .xls, CSV and TSV files. Macros are removed on import, and you can export back to .xlsx or CSV at any time.

  2. 02

    Formulas in plain language

Describe the calculation and Sofie writes the formula, or ask it to explain the one already in the cell.

  3. 03

    Eleven chart types

Bar, column, line, area, pie, doughnut, scatter, bubble, radar, combo and histogram, drawn from ranges in the sheet.

  4. 04

The spreadsheet features you rely on

Pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation, filters and sorting, named ranges, freeze panes and a print view.

  5. 05

    Sofie finds the pattern

Ask which lots are drifting toward a limit or which suppliers drive late receipts. Sofie analyzes the data and writes its results into the sheet.

  6. 06

    Co-editing with history

Presence avatars show who is working where. Cell comments carry the discussion, and revision history records every change.

Trending

Ask the question. Keep the analysis.

Paste in release results for the last twenty lots and ask whether assay is drifting. Sofie adds the columns, writes the formulas and builds the chart, in a sheet where QA can check every cell.

  • Natural-language formulas you can inspect
  • Conditional formatting that flags what matters
  • Statistics and patterns explained in plain language

Sofie

Flagged lots where assay falls below 97% while aggregates exceed 0.6%. The last two lots trend toward the aggregate limit; the combo chart is on the Trend tab.

Start with one workflow.
Measure it. Then expand.

In a working session we choose a priority workflow, define your standards and review points, and agree how to measure speed, quality and capacity. Then you evaluate Sofie's work before deciding whether to expand.
