How library workflows are configured
A starting point, shaped to your standards.
Every library workflow is an orchestration you can open, inspect and change. In a working session we configure the first ones against your procedures, then measure them against how the work is done today.
- 01
Inputs you choose
Point a run at a workspace, source files from SharePoint, OneDrive or Google Drive, a template, a meeting or a CoSheet. Typed inputs capture the product, site and scope.
- 02
Review points your experts set
Each workflow pauses where your procedures require a qualified person. Plan preview shows the approach before anything runs.
- 03
Data requests, not guesses
When evidence is missing, the output carries a [DATA REQUEST:] marker naming exactly what is needed, so gaps are visible to reviewers.
- 04
An ICH Q8–Q12 baseline
Library workflows apply ICH Q8 through Q12 as their starting point. Your SOPs, templates and terminology are layered on top.
- 05
Run it where the work is
Start a workflow from chat, from the orchestration builder, or from a Sequence on a schedule or trigger, such as a finished meeting or a processed file.

Measure it. Then expand.
In a working session we choose a priority workflow, define your standards and review points, and agree how to measure speed, quality and capacity. Then you evaluate Sofie's work before deciding whether to expand.
